Wedding to-do list

I'll break this down into 2 general sections - monthly goals and DIY goals (to be done whenever I get the time!):

OCTOBER

• Gather e-mails; send Save-the-Dates
• Finalize Guest List
• Finalize Wedding Party
• Start dieting!
• Decide on Officiant

NOVEMBER - DECEMBER:

• Choose Ceremony Music
• Create Reception playlist
• Try on dresses / choose dress
• Research cake/cupcakes, decide on baker
• Order invitations
• Book rehearsal dinner space
• Decide on favors
• Start ordering decorations
• Do hair & makeup trials

JANUARY - FEBRUARY:

• Pick up marriage license within 60 days of date
• Purchase Liquor Liability Insurance
• Have bridal shower
• Finalize menu
• Purchase wedding party gifts
• Order rehearsal dinner invites

MARCH:

• Call guests who haven't RSVP'd
• Final venue payment(s)
• Prepare for name change after wedding
• Finalize jewelry & accessories
• Assign tasks to helpers
• Purchase food

DIY:

• Create & assemble Favors
• Print signs for Gift table & guest book, & venue history
• Collect milk glass vases
• Create hurricane vases with candles & moss
• "Thank you" sign for photo (for cards)
• Birdcage veil
• Pre-cook & freeze food
• Votives with lace wraps

I'm sure there is much, much more but for now this is a pretty comprehensive to-do list for me!
