Introducing the Greetings From Florida collection for Summer 2012! The Etsy shop was just stocked today for the first time, and has been very successful already! I'm astounded! The price for these is $8 each. I will be restocking the shop on Etsy every Saturday at 5pm. The shop can be found here.
AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS: a stormy gray jelly with two sizes of black hexes and golden shimmer reminiscent of lightning strikes. Afternoon Thunderstorms takes 2-3 coats to become opaque. The golden shimmer is NOT hidden; it’s very much visible in regular light. Swatches shown with flash.
SPRINGS: A chilly & serene turquoise jelly with small aqua hexes, algae green medium hexes, and shimmering medium silver holographic hexes.
Springs takes about 2-3 coats to become opaque, and will have that squishy jelly look. It’s perfect for layering over your favorite turquoise crème polish, or even darker blues and greens! Finger swatches are 2 coats of Springs over 2 coats of Essie Turquoise & Caicos.
FLOWERS ON THE HIGHWAY: an eclectic mix of wildflower-inspired hexes including pinks, white, lavender, green, yellow and small black (reminiscent of the centers of "brown" eyed Susans, as my mother calls them.)
Flowers on the Highway is made to be a topcoat, so it would probably take 4 coats to be opaque on it’s own. It’s best when layered over a complementary colored base polish. Finger swatches are each 1 coat of Flowers on the Highway over Essie Mojito Madness and China Glaze Flirty Tankini.
THE SWAMP: Orange jelly base with large & medium blue hexes, medium orange & green hexes, and baby blue squares. A perfect way to show your team spirit.
The Swamp takes about 2-3 coats to become opaque. It also looks great layered over orange and red polishes! Be warned though, if you layer it over a red polish, it will turn it an orange-y red. Finger swatches are 1 coat of The Swamp over Kleancolor Mango.
